Welcome to the Dixon Municipal Band Website
The Dixon Municipal Band is based out of Dixon, Illinois, hometown of
former President Ronald Reagan.  
The Dixon Municipal Band has a long history of performing summer concerts and marching in parades for
the city of Dixon. We also play an Annual Christmas concert and have performed for several political events
and special occasions.

onday, May 27th - City of Dixon's Annual Memorial Day Parade
American Legion Post 12 will lay a wreath at the riverfront at 9:30 a.m., followed by a parade to Oakwood Cemetery, East Fourth
Street and South Dement venue where there will be a ceremony honoring those who have served.

Thursday, June 13th - 1st concert of the season in the Park Bandshell at 7:30 p.m.
Thursday, June 20th - Concert - Page Park Bandshell at 7:30 p.m.
Thursday, June 27th - Concert - Page Park Bandshell at 7:30 p.m.
[check out our fundraising page...the band will have a cook out at Oliver's Food Pride on June 15th from 11am to 2pm]

Friday, July 5th - Patriotic Concert on the Courthouse Lawn at 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, July 7th - Petunia Festival Parade start time is 1:00 p.m.

Thursday, July 18th - Concert Page Park Bandshell at 7:30 p.m.
